Last week the NGS EMEA team landed in Germany, and somehow it ended up being one of those trips you remember long after the slides are forgotten. Our German team went above and beyond β€” hosted us like family, and made space for the kind of honest, no-fluff conversations that don't happen often enough. Open to feedback, open to pushback, open to just saying things straight and improving as one team. That's the kind of culture we're proud to share. Highlight of the trip: surviving a heatwave that had most of Europe questioning their life choices.
