For associates like Shahil, sustainability isn’t a concept or a campaign. It’s daily work. As a Farm Manager in Fiji, Shahil spends his days growing food, planting trees with guests, caring for the bees, and making sustainability feel personal and real. “Seeing things grow from a seed to the plate and knowing how much guests enjoy it is my favorite part of my job. It never gets old,” he shares.
