The teams from Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa and Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai actively participated in the Marriott Business Council UAE Beach Clean-Up Drive on 6th May, demonstrating strong employee engagement and commitment to sustainability and community outreach. More than 50 enthusiastic team members volunteered early in the morning to support this impactful initiative, working together to restore and protect the shoreline at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa. Through their collective efforts, the team successfully removed nearly 100 kgs of waste, including heavy items such as carpets, rocks, and wooden blocks. This initiative not only contributed to environmental conservation and the protection of marine life but also served as a meaningful employee engagement activity, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose. It reflects our organisation’s commitment to social responsibility and strengthens our employee brand as one that values sustainability, community, and collective impact.
