I recently wrapped up a 20-year run at AstraZeneca, where I founded and scaled the R&D Lab Operations function from the ground up — and I'm now looking for what comes next. The right fit is an organization where outcomes matter and results-focused work speaks for itself. I'm based near Frederick, MD and prefer to focus on opportunities along the I-270 corridor (Rockville and north), though I'm open to remote with the right fit.
