Keep grindin’
What does real sales transformation actually look like? Well… lemme tell you. Over the past year, I had the chance to stay real close to a journey over in the U.S. and it gave me a crystal-clear answer. To me, transformation gets real the moment folks stop just talkin’ about change… and start livin’ it every single day. When it ain’t about pushing products anymore, but solving real problems. When teams stop worrying about org charts and just get things done together. And when ideas don’t just sit in slides, they show up in real customer projects, over and over again. That’s exactly what I saw with our U.S. crew. Watching how they built solutions you can reuse, scale, and actually take to market and how they owned the whole outcome end-to-end… man, that’s the good stuff. That kind of progress doesn’t just happen. That’s built on trust, alignment, and a whole lotta shared commitment. I’m proud I got the chance to recognize that journey in person, together with Chad Zellner and Miles Kessler, representing the team of Richard L.. Big congrats to the entire North American Phoenix Contact USA sales team, led by Davis Mathews Mathes, y’all earned this one. This is what real, meaningful change looks like. And it didn’t just stay local, folks across the globe were right there with ’em, celebrating every bit of it. The energy was just as strong beyond the room as it was on site you could feel it. The joy was sky-high at the award ceremony on Tuesday, June 16. Andrea Schulz and Stephan Volgmann even joined remotely from Blomberg, representing the sales division, so yeah, this one truly went worldwide. And honestly, none of this would’ve been possible without the support of Loreen Katz, Jennifer Koeller, Britta Brede, Kassandra Mosby and the great Benita Perez Hester. Really appreciate you all and your teams couldn’t have pulled this off without you. #SalesTransformation #Leadership #CustomerValue #Collaboration #Change
