This week, my journey at FinVector Oy comes to an end. After my time as Head of IT here, I'm leaving with a lot of respect for being part of this company's journey toward becoming world-class in viral-based gene therapy manufacturing. I've had the privilege of learning from exceptional professionals and world-class leaders every day, and I'm grateful for it. The expertise, dedication, and passion I've seen here is something I'll carry with me. To everyone at FinVector and the Ferring Ventures team — thank you. I'll miss working with you. To the IT team — you rock. Thank you for the trust, the teamwork, and the high standard you bring every day. It's been an honor to lead this team. Thank you, Jouko Prami for always sharpening my thinking, and Tiina Bies for the support along the way. Matthias Krieger — thank you for giving me this opportunity and for the trust you placed in me. It has been a privilege to learn and grow under your leadership. Next week, a new chapter begins. Onwards with gratitude.
