Patent Management, Product Stewardship & Proficiency Testing (Global R&D) at Heidelberg Materials
The Global Horizon leadership training was indeed a great opportunity to sharpen our leadership and management skills and to expand our network across the globe and across functional areas. We enjoyed inspiring sessions about the interlocking of our culture principles, leadership mindsets and strategy 2030, on how to lead with vision and bring this vision to life, on how to give room for creativity and innovation, to induce change and to make change stick, to cultivate trust in a changing world, and to build our talent pipeline. Those five days were intense and challenging, but our Group HR talent management team (Greg Denning, Vanessa Doppelreiter, Franziska Jansen, Franziska Nöth, and Dorothea Todt) and our external trainer Daniel Wetz also made it fun to learn, and the group of participants created a really productive and enjoyable atmosphere. Thanks to everyone, who was involved in preparation and execution, and special thanks to my fellow participants for their openness and dedication! Let’s be stronger together and let’s unleash innovation!
