Good things come to those who wait: I am delighted that the 5th edition of the commentary Hölters/Weber, AktG has just been published. Following the departure of Wolfgang Hölters as co-editor, I have been entrusted with sole editorship and have once again taken on the task of annotating the provisions relating to the management board.   With this new edition, our commentary is once again completely up to date.
