CEO & Co-Founder MakerVerse | Helping Procurement & Engineering Teams Stop Delays, Cut Costs & Get Manufacturing Parts On Time | ex-VP Additive Siemens

We just won the largest purchase order in MakerVerse history - 3 things made this possible: 1- We had a very committed customer to challenge us, but to also help us succeed. We had a 100% aligned, joint objective to make this work. 2- We made this a key focus topic across the entire team, with me as CEO personally championing it, helping to remove friction, prioritize and work as part of the project team 3- We had a solution that was ready for this enterprise customer. We meanwhile have a very competitive Supplychain, our quoting processes and negotiation Strategie are enterprise ready. If you don’t have those 3 success factors lined-up, chances are that you won’t be able to succeed. I’m curious to hear the perspective of enterprise manufacturing buyers, what are your success factors? P.S. I still have a smirking smile on my face every time I look at our HubSpot Order Entry Dashboard 😜
