Proud moment for all of us at Fluence! ⚡ We’re partnering with LEAG to deliver Europe’s largest battery energy storage project! This 1 GW / 4 GWh Smartstack™ system in Jänschwalde, Germany, will play a key role in stabilizing the grid, enabling more renewable integration, and strengthening Europe’s energy security. We are humbled to have been awarded this Milestone project in Germany and I am particularly grateful to the LEAG team led by Thomas Brandenburg for hard, challenging but always fair and respectful negotiations. I would also like to extend a special "Thank You" to the Fluence team working on this project and that I have had the privilege to accompany on its journey.
