After more than three decades at RWE, your retirement at the end of this year marks the end of an era, Stephanie Schunck. We have already celebrated your farewell with many colleagues and friends, but I also want to use this moment to personally say thank you.   I have known RWE only with you. From my first day, you have been a steady presence, with unmistakable passion for this company and a dedication that has influenced RWE in many meaningful ways. You have played a decisive role in driving RWE's transformation and shaping its image and reputation into what it is today.   I am still not sure if your phone was ever not in use – either managing the latest storm or already orchestrating the next big announcement. You consistently brought your expertise, your perspective, and your honest opinions to the table – reliably, constructively, and always with the goal of moving RWE forward.   Thank you, Steffi – for your outstanding contribution, and for the partnership, trust, and support you have shown over so many years. Your impact will endure. I wish you a wonderful and fulfilling retirement. May you enjoy it to the fullest!   At the same time, I am more than pleased that Birgit Hiller took over the leadership of Group Communications & Public Affairs. I could not think of anybody better to take over the helm. Her leadership will make a lasting impact. It's fantastic to have you on board, Birgit.
