High Potential Program of the Würth Group – A Major Milestone for Our Project Team On Friday, I had the honor of representing our project team on the main stage and pitching our work to the Managing Board of the Würth Group. It was a moment that truly showcased how far we’ve come. Over the past 15 months, our international team has collaborated closely—mostly virtually—so finally meeting in person felt both energizing and rewarding. The commitment, expertise, and team spirit everyone brought to this journey made this milestone possible. Above all, I’d like to express my gratitude to Marius Hornbach, Niklas Hans Feurer, Lena Henschel, Thomas Liebert, Yannik Nothnagel, Patrick Lanthaler, Huba Sallai, Grant Lou and Erwin Germann. With a strong sense of unity and an unwavering commitment to never give up, we’ve overcome challenges and setbacks together. A special thank‑you also goes to Stefanie Leiber and Nina Wachet from the Würth Business Academy for their guidance and support throughout our journey, and to Daniel Kasper, our project sponsor, for bringing this challenge to the table and placing his trust in our team.
