On September 15 and 16 we at Siemens Healthineers held our #digitalcompanydays – a virtual event for all Healthineers to learn and exchange about our internal digitalization, develop new competencies and understand how digital transformation changes our culture. The two days were filled with eight insightful and inspiring leadership keynotes and over 20 digital competence pitches. The participation of up to 300 participants in the individual keynotes, on average 100 participants during the digital competence pitches and the numerous individual positive feedback reflects the interest in and the relevance of our digital transformation journey. As such, the Digital Company Days contributed to our goal of further connecting and developing the organization with the purpose of creating impact. Many thanks to all contributors who made the event in such format that successful. We are looking forward to continuing our journey of digital transformation at Siemens Healthineers!
