Ethics, Compliance & Risk Trailblazer | Strengthening Integrity, Risk Awareness & Resilience to Support Business Performance and Build Trust and Reputation
It was a privilege and a pleasure to welcome Nicolas Heyer, Volkswagen Group Chief Integrity & Compliance Officer and Johannes Freiler-Waldburger, Volkswagen Group Chief Integrity & Compliance Officer — Passenger Cars to the Scout Motors Inc. Novi, MI office this week. We appreciated the opportunity to help them get to know Scout even better and talk about the exciting work under way as we build a company and brand designed for a new era of American rugged capability. Just as valuable was the exchange of ideas and perspectives on what drives effective integrity and compliance programs: culture, leadership, trust, transparency, practical governance, and making it simple and clear for people to do the right thing. One of the most rewarding aspects of this profession is the opportunity to learn from thoughtful leaders across organizations while continuing to build programs that reflect the unique character, values, and operating realities of the businesses we serve. Thank you again, Nicolas and Johannes, for the visit and conversation. And I truly appreciate the support and valuable contributions of my team members, Nina Berge and Jeremy Cousino, MBA, CCEP and the other Scout Motors colleagues who participated in our meetings. #Integrity #Leadership #Culture #Governance #Compliance #ScoutMotors
