“Windows and Mirrors” I believe that it is important as a leader, to look in the mirror first when things aren’t going so well AND look through the window when things are going great. Giving credit where it is due whilst maintaining a beta mindset by asking “why can we do better?” Reducing overall injuries by 45% compared to 23/24 season which is the best in the league, making more players available in 24/25. We worked hard to improve the efficiencies of the performance team who worked tirelessly to make our recovery time also the best in Serie A. Together we reduced the number of games missed by players being injured by a whopping 42%. Whilst the demands on the players increased by 6% more games but more importantly the recovery time reduced by 24% over the season.
