At the moment, I’m designing the analogue front end for an Alphasense pyroelectric CO₂ sensor to measure sensitive signals. Nothing too complex, just following the guidelines and checking the circuit step by step. A small reminder before moving too quickly into schematic and PCB design : → Simulate the analogue section first → Build and verify it in stages Not because the simulation will be perfect, but because it forces you to think ahead and analyze. A few things worth checking early: → Output voltage swing → Biasing points → Noise injection paths testing → Filter response and tweaking → Possible clipping or saturation These checks are part of the basics of analogue design, but they can help detect issues before sending the PCB for manufacturing. #ElectronicsDesign #AnalogDesign #PCBDesign #Sensors #Engineering #CO2Sensors
