As someone starting out as an aspiring Virtual Assistant, I’m beginning to realize that this journey isn’t as easy as it looks online. Most clients look for experience—but how do we gain that experience if no one is willing to give us a chance? We spend hours learning new skills, watching tutorials, practicing, and improving ourselves. But opportunities don’t always come right away. And the truth is, not everyone can afford to wait for months without income while trying to build a career. Still, there are so many aspiring VAs out there—capable, hardworking, and ready to grow. We just need that one opportunity to prove what we can do. Because sometimes, all it takes is one client who believes in you. To those who are also starting their journey—keep going.
