Matthias Winkler… you made my heart beat very fast ❤️ Last weekend I was working in my garden, listening to one of my favorite podcasts, when suddenly I heard Matthias Winkler, CEO of the legendary Sacher Hotels, talk about hotelkit. And honestly… I got goosebumps. At one point, Matthias said something like: “There was this "Hotel-Bua" from Salzburg who wanted to build a scalable business model…” And suddenly, you realize: they’re talking about your story 🥰 Then came the moment that made me pause completely: “Every Sacher employee has a phone - and on that phone is hotelkit. 100% of our internal communication runs through this app.” Hearing those words from one of the world’s most iconic hotel brands was one of those founder moments you never forget. In the BTM Podcast with Florian Gschwandtner and Martin Kaswurm, Matthias explained how Sacher manages to deliver highly personalized guest experiences at scale - while keeping operations aligned in real time.
