When I met Tom Ferguson in 2021, I knew three things for sure: he’s unconventional (to say the least), beyond brilliant, and that I absolutely had to be part of what he was building. From Tom’s scribbles of genius on a Brooklyn WeWork whiteboard to the founders’ takeover at Flounder Forum, building BIV from behind the scenes has been the adventure of a lifetime. I’m so very lucky to be in a job I love every single second, and to constantly be learning from an exceptional team and from our Burnt Islanders, who do the real work that is spearheading companies in water.
