"Why is it not enough to just do a survey?" Really? Is that even a question in 2026? :-) Because you need time-resolved, objective data on why humans will lake or dislike your products, so you can immediately act and be successful in the market. Especially if the goal is to nudge people towards more sustainable consumption, like Olijck Foods! As usual Thimus is upfront and center on the edge of food innovation!
