All good things come to an end – and what a journey it has been! 🌍 When I joined BD Rowa over 8 years ago, I knew that global business development for automation solutions in intralogistics would be a challenge. What I couldn't have imagined back then: the incredible experiences and human connections that awaited me across Europe, Asia, South America, and North America. Two key takeaways I’m carrying forward: 1️⃣ The Technological Revolution: We are witnessing a massive shift in intralogistics. Manual processes are increasingly replaced by automation and optimized by AI, seamlessly integrating with the entire supply chain. Profitability, efficiency, and sustainability are the driving forces here. 2️⃣ The Human Factor: Technology is vital, but it’s the exchange that truly counts. I’ve learned: respect the person and their culture, show empathy, and listen closely. Only then can we effectively contribute our expertise and reach our collective goals. A huge thank you for the exceptionally constructive collaboration goes out to the teams of Daniel Dreimüller (Solution Engineering), Thomas Heller (Service), Daniel Güth (Project Management), and Christian Schäfer (Sales Support).
