Yesterday, HR NAVAL HUB #4 started with a metaphor: Navigating uncertain times and ended with another one: a bucket full of joys! In a way that felt both meaningful and refreshingly different, through a mix of talks, presentations and discussion panel of relevant and up-to-date topics, this conference created a professional and, at the same time, relaxed space for participants to openly share challenges and discover both common ground and practical solutions to their main worries. More than just an exchange of ideas, it helped strengthen the sense of loyalty and belonging within the naval community, bringing professionals closer while naturally enhancing visibility and supporting each organization’s employer brand.  The experiential learning session that followed, guided by a team of trainers from TREND, added a special touch, turning conversations into shared experiences and leaving everyone with something valuable to keep in mind: we all have dreams we pursue everyday, our owns or others, but the way we choose to put them in practice makes all the difference! Let’s allow us to feel the joy when we succeed and stay there, a little while after it’s all over, before grabbing another dream or project to pursue! Let's fill the bucket with living joys!
