Unser Nachhaltigkeitsbericht ist online 💚 Ich freue mich sehr, dass wir unseren aktuellen Nachhaltigkeitsbericht nun auf unserer Website in deutscher und englischer Sprache zur Verfügung stellen können 📗 Nach der intensiven Diskussion rund um die CSRD haben wir uns entschieden, den Bericht nach dem VSME-Standard zu erstellen und uns dabei am Basic- und Comprehensive-Modul zu orientieren ➡️ Uns war es wichtig, die Arbeit der letzten Jahre transparent zu machen , und überall dort, wo es sinnvoll war, sind wir sogar über die Vorgaben des Standards hinausgegangen. Besonders stolz macht mich ein Punkt 😍 : Zum ersten Mal in unserer Berichtshistorie konnten wir eine gleichmäßige Darstellung von Informationen aus unseren Standorten in Deutschland und Paraguay erreichen. Das ist für mich ein echtes Highlight 🌱 Nicht nur, um die wichtige Nachhaltigkeitsarbeit in Paraguay sichtbar zu machen, sondern auch, weil es zeigt, wie stark wir den Gruppengedanken leben. Ein großer Dank geht an alle Kolleg*innen unseren Standorten, ohne deren Unterstützung dieser Bericht nicht möglich gewesen wäre und natürlich an Berndt+Partner Consultants GmbH für die wertvolle Begleitung. Nachhaltigkeit ist Teamarbeit – und das zeigt dieser Bericht 🌍🤝 ____________________________________________________________________________ Our Sustainability Report is published 💚 I’m very happy to share that our latest Sustainability Report is now available on our website in both German and English 📗 After all the intense discussions around the CSRD, we decided to prepare the report according to the VSME standard and align it with both the Basic and Comprehensive modules. ➡️ It was important to us to present our sustainability work from the past years transparently, and wherever it made sense, we even went beyond the standard’s requirements. One aspect I’m particularly proud of 😍: For the first time in our reporting history, we were able to provide a balanced representation of information from our sites in Germany and Paraguay. This is a real highlight for me 🌱 Not only because it allows us to showcase the important sustainability work happening in Paraguay, but also because it reflects how strongly we live our identity as a group. A big thank you goes to all colleagues across our sites whose support made this report possible, and of course to Berndt+Partner Consultants GmbH for their valuable guidance.
