1999: I met AI through curiosity — patterns on. 2021: I left AI to explore purpose — patterns off. In both moments, I met life without a plan.  No certainty about what came next.  No “tribe” to lean on. Challenging? Yes. But today I see the gift I am grateful for. Two opposite directions tied by the same thread: #play in the unknown. I’ve discovered that thriving in #uncertainty isn’t a “soft skill” we learn from a keynote or book. It’s a return to the core of life we all knew as children on a playground — in three simple ways: 🍥 Meet: connect with authentic presence, beyond conditioned patterns 🍥 Explore: move with ease and trust with what is emerging 🍥 Embody: ground it into daily life through steady, authentic habits “Isn’t it childish for a professional to be into the ‘play of life’?” Maybe. But perception is lighter than my lived experience. The play between predictability (order) and the unknown (flow) is where... ... we truly come alive. ... connection becomes easy again, and resilience becomes lived experience, not a goal. ... learned concepts like “work-life balance” and “success” simply dissolve as unnecessary. When we stop guarding our expertise and start playing with reality, we deepen presence and ease — and open space for our diverse communities to join and co-create spontaneously. Curious how?
