The Accenture Junior Delivery Lead Program wishes you relaxing holidays and a happy new year! Looking back, we have some great successes to report: Our community grew to 550 members in 2025. We held numerous trainings, deep dives, brown bag workshops, and mentoring sessions. Within our great community, we have established a JDL Automation Hub, which uses Power Tools and Gen AI to develop customized and reusable assets for our projects. We have helped many JDL members find interesting and long-term project roles. We are particularly proud that our program has been included in the official ASG training curriculum and that our highest leadership has recognized it as an important program and strongly supports us! None of this would have been possible without our fantastic JDL teams and deputies. We live the One Accenture spirit and look forward to growing even more next year and achieving new successes together.
