Reforming assessment is crucial for creating a more inclusive, impactful, and sustainable research ecosystem in Europe. 🔬 The Towards an Inclusive Evaluation of Research(TIER) - CoARA Working Group has developed evidence, recommendations, and practical tools to reduce systematic biases in evaluation criteria.
