💥It’s out!💥    We are beyond excited, happy and proud to announce that the book « Legal Design Perspectives: Theoretical and Practical Insights from the Field », to which Elisabeth and I contributed, is now available! 🌟    💡Over the last few years, Legal Design has grown as a field of research and practice. From isolated practice to recognized discipline, legal innovation by design is now investigated and experimented with by numerous scholars and practitioners in various sectors of the Legal Industry, such as access to justice, litigations, privacy policies, contracts, compliance…      📖 This book aims at contributing to the advancement of Legal Design by presenting critical essays on the nature and methods of the discipline and illustrations from the practice. It provides to readers the state of the art of LD and perspectives of its future development.     We are so humbled to be a part of this project alongside other contributors committed to reaching a systemic impact through Legal Design such as Helena Haapio, Nina Toivonen, Joaquín Santuber Lina Krawietz Petra Hietanen-Kunwald @Lois R. Lupica, @Genevieve Grant, @Roe Morgan, Emily Allbon, @Laura Somaini, Dr Marietjie Botes Arianna Rossi, @Chiara Fioravanti, Apolline Le Gall, @Francesco Romano, @Florence Cols, Angélica Flechas @Nicolás Guío, Daniela Breton and @Jorge García! 🙌    ✍️ We had the privilege and the pleasure of co-writing a chapter of this volume dedicated to our work with the French Data Protection Authority (the CNIL - Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés): empowering #children to understand and exercise their personal data rights.     📱 From benchmarking the best and the worst examples of privacy policies for #minors, facilitating #cocreation workshops with them, user testing to creating 13 prototypes, this chapter provides the context and the process that led us to develop interfaces that both protect and empower under-age users.      What a joy being able to share a project we have been passionate about, and modestly contribute to feeding the research!     A huge thanks to Rossana Ducato  and Alain Strowel for this opportunity and their amazing work! 🙏🏻      👉 The book is available here: https://lnkd.in/ehTuQp7C and on Amazon. #legaldesign #legalinnovation #designresearch
