Principal HR Business Partner at European Central Bank

This week we welcomed the scholars awarded with the ECB Scholarship for Women in 2023 and 2024 at the European Central Bank. It was great to make this possible together with Diana Chuda Vivian Zondag Luca Piliego & Elise Volpe, all colleagues who volunteered to be a mentor for the scholars and those who shared their knowledge and experience in learning sessions and inspiring talks. In addition to this teamwork and cooperation, what struck me most this week were these young brilliant women: their enthusiasm, curiosity, eagerness to learn and better understand, to connect, collaborate and to have fun! It was a true boost of energy and of hope for the future. Keep on shining and bravo to all of you, dear scholars: Auli Lämsä Evrydiki Solinara Sophie Luise Hölzel Milena Mitiko Nakashima Alice Zanola Chiara M.
