Been meaning to post this for a while. Back in March, Apollo.io Engineering teams came together in Kovalam for our Engineering Offsite — and honestly, it was one of those experiences that stays with you long after it ends. 🌊 We’re a remote-first company. Most days, collaboration happens across Slack threads, Zoom calls, async docs, and different time zones. But this offsite reminded us how powerful it is to step away from screens and connect in person. From deep conversations on AI, product thinking, engineering excellence, and the future of intelligent systems… to beach volleyball, Mafia nights, sunsets, and team bonding — it was the perfect mix of learning, collaboration, and culture. A few moments that stood out for me: ✨ Sessions around AI agents, NL search, and engineering in the age of AI ✨ AMA sessions with leadership that brought clarity and transparency ✨ Presenting India Talent Acquisition updates alongside Saravanaprakash Balakrishnan ✨ One takeaway that truly resonated: “Recruitment is a team sport.” ✨ Watching India win the T20 World Cup Final together on Day 0 — probably the most perfect kickoff possible 😄🇮🇳 What I loved most was this: Behind every product, every feature, every release, and every line of code — there are people, relationships, and shared purpose.
