SheTech Fest 2025: where connections spark inspiration This Saturday, October 18, I had the pleasure of joining the SheTech Fest 2025 as a SheTech Ambassador for Milano Lombardia. A full day of inspiration, learning, and authentic connection, where every conversation carried value and every encounter felt like the beginning of something new. From the opening SheTech Breakfast with Micaela Foti (Content Creator at Fanpage.it), whose voice brings complex topics like AI, inclusion and rights, to the inspiring interview with Margherita Albrizio (Senior Director Global Enhanced Support at SAS) and Pamela Gotti (CTO at Banca CF+), who shared powerful reflections on leadership and authenticity. And the closing keynote by Sambu B. Diversity Mindset & Inclusion Trainer, who reminded us that inclusion starts with presence and empathy. Throughout the day, brilliant workshops covered soft skills, digital, and AI, led by Marta Pettolino Valfrè, Laura Venturini, Jack Sabba Capetta, Giulio Valentini, and Claudia Alba, offering actionable tools to communicate, create, and collaborate with awareness. We also had the opportunity to join the Mentorship sessions, connecting with incredible women ready to grow and redefine their professional journeys, supported by mentors like: - Anna Ciuffoletti Senior Consultant, Trainer & Coach, expert in team management and change. - Sara Elena Cuzzola Customer Experience & Digital Success Leader at AIG EMEA, passionate about leadership and digital transformation. - Chiara Giammarco Public Speaking Trainer & Life Coach, helping professionals communicate with authenticity. - Marcella Peverini Business Coach & Designer, empowering women and marginalized voices to build sustainable careers. - Egle Messuti, Camilla Minervini, Caterina Sutera, Martina Teruzzi, PhD and Miriam Rossi from Deloitte, bringing invaluable insights on communication, work-life balance, and career orientation.
