💫Honored to have led Sanofi's World Quality Week opening ceremony, along with my partner in crime Anke Liewald - Empowering Quality Culture – Take the Lead to think differently was this year theme I was inspired by the extraordinary Domitille Kiger, world champion skydiver.🪂 Her powerful parallel between formation skydiving and quality excellence resonated deeply with my role: both domains where precision matters, where every second, every action counts, and where trust and teamwork are non-negotiable. "Excellence is a Formation Flight" - this profound message highlighted how structure enables bold performance, trust creates reliability, and purpose sustains us under pressure. Just as skydivers form perfect patterns in the air, Quality reflects our disciplined teamwork and obsession to improve patients’ lives.🙌 I Take the Lead everyday putting quality at the heart of everything we do - from partnering with suppliers and CMOs, and leading together with SC and Procurement colleagues, to make sure that we safely ship our products to our patients. So, Empowering quality culture for me means empowering EVERYONE in that End to End value chain to think differently, to protect our patients every single day. 🤝 Thank you, Domitille, for showing us that whether in the sky or in our daily mission on earth, success comes from crystal-clear standards, psychological safety, and a shared mission that turns pressure into a bigger purpose.
