🗽 Two world-famous daredevil climbers, Angela Nikolau and Ivan Beerkus, were arrested after scaling the 1,454-foot Empire State Building spire in New York City. The pair unfurled a black peace banner reading, “When the power of love beats the love of power, the world knows peace,” before Beerkus got down on one knee and proposed. Nikolau said yes. Police responded with helicopters, drones, and emergency personnel before taking the couple into custody on trespassing charges.
