I am absolutely thrilled to share with you all that as of December 1st, I will be stepping into the role of Regional Director RFx Proposal Advisory MEE. This is an exciting new chapter for me and I am extremely looking forward.   First and foremost, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Christian Klencz, my manager and mentor over the past few years. Christian has been an incredible role model, developing and motivating his team with his unwavering commitment and guidance. I have learned so much from him, and words cannot fully express my gratitude for his support.   The RFx Proposal Advisory Organization is a unique and highly professional group, dedicated to supporting our colleagues in the best possible way. I am looking forward to working closely with Julie Delisle, our Global Vice President, and my peers: Jamie Ninneman, CPP APMP Fellow Subrat Tarenia, Peter Toth, Flavia Velman Shivangi Chaddha Alexander Tankeloff Colette Brink and my absolutely fabulous team of bid and proposal managers.   Starting something new also means reflecting on the past, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have worked with colleagues who exemplify integrity, a growth mindset, and a customer-focused approach.
