Most buildings become obsolete. This one is designed to change. What if a residential building is not the end of a process — but part of a continuous cycle? The project is based on a simple principle: separate elements with different lifespans. Structure, façade and building services operate as independent systems. - reconfigure - repair - reuse A column-based system and no load-bearing walls inside apartments allow layouts to evolve over time. Designed for disassembly: connections are reversible, elements are screwed — not glued. Buildings should not be permanent in form — but permanent in their ability to change.
