20 Years at Baker Hughes Thank you so much for all the anniversary wishes I’ve received via Teams, WhatsApp, and here. Time flies, and I could certainly share many stories, but I don’t want to bore anyone with nerdy IT stuff. Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with many wonderful colleagues—people who have not only shaped my professional life but some of whom have since become true friends. In addition to my duties as an IT systems administrator, I’m now also involved in the works council, and starting in mid-May, I’ll be beginning my second term. This additional commitment has broadened my perspective on many issues and shown me how important it is to work together to create a safe, modern, and functional work environment. Looking back, I’m grateful for the many experiences, challenges, and developments these 20 years have brought—and I’m looking forward to everything that’s yet to come. sincerely Marcus
