Practical AI Automations | YT: @Automatewithmarc | RevOps @ KodeKloud
Can't roll into 2026 without looking back at 2025 . It was an interesting year. My wife and I have been fortunate to work out of some incredible places as nomads ๐ต๐น ๐ญ๐ท ๐ฌ๐ง ๐ฏ๐ต ๐น๐ญ ๐ง๐ฆ ๐ป๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฉ . Meanwhile #AI finally moved from "cool tech demo" to "actually useful in day-to-day work." ๐ค Some highlights: ๐ป The YouTube thing โ Started Automatewithmarc https://lnkd.in/eCtUrVPj on a whim to share AI automation builds. Honestly thought nobody would watch me fumble through n8n workflows, but turns out people actually find it helpful.ย ๐โโ๏ธ Role pivot โ After 3.5 years running KodeKloud's B2B Enterprise team (and helping grow it from $0 to $3M ARR), I switched gears to lead Revenue Operations. Now I get to focus on what I love most: building automations that make sales and marketing teams way more efficient. Scary change in a way, but it feels like the right one. Thank you Mumshad Mannambeth Karl Baz for being ๐ฏ supportive throughout this journey. ๐ฌ Launched a full n8n course with KodeKloud โ zero to hero style. It's free on freeCodeCamp if you want to check it out: https://lnkd.in/eK_vj2HB ๐ค KodeKloud's enterprise business nearly doubled โ Shoutout to the amazing B2B team who absolutely crushed it Veronica Anghel Michaela Markou Ishan Patel Shashank Karpal Jacob Borroel Ryan Beeler Ayebapreye Apinah Natasha V. Adeline Lee Priyanka Puri Akansha Jain N Dheeraj Nayal Lovely Ramos-Ocampo Phuong Vu. More companies are realizing that hands-on is the best way to upskill their technical teams, and it's been cool to watch. What's next for 2026: ๐ More nomad adventures, new cultures, new places to work and get inspired from. ๐ฝ๏ธ Keep making practical AI automation content as long as people keep finding them useful (n8n and whatever other tools I stumble across). โ๏ธ Build a next-level automation system for KodeKloudโs go-to-market motion. ๐ Learn stuff I'm bad at (maybe finally knocking down some certs too). 2026 kicks off with more question marks than usual. But honestly? That just means more room to experiment. Here's to building cool stuff and figuring it out as we go ๐ป
