My latest analysis for the Boym Institute is out. It looks at how South Korea funds each new generation of its own defense systems from the margin it earns on exports. What makes it interesting isn't the sales figures but the deliberate design behind them, which turns exports into R&D capital. It's a topic worth raising here in Poland: which direction our defense potential should take, and how we can manage our capabilities more efficiently. Worth thinking about.
