After eight years, it is time to close the most amazing chapter of my career (so far…). Eight years with lots of learning, hard work and fun. I can’t thank enough Jose Antonio Morales and Jaime Valles for the opportunity and for the ride. Two practices created from scratch at AWS - a luxury only a few have. My gratitude to Paula Bellizia and Ruba Borno for empowering our partners and helping Latin America advance growth, innovation, and social progress. Thank you partners for letting me participate in your journey 🙏🏻 I absolutely believe that in this exciting era of AI, no single company or solution can do it all, and your ability to put the right pieces together and integrate them is what will truly drive transformation. To my team (and their teams) Flávio Palestino , María Laura Gareis, Juan Santiago Guzman, Jorge Pastrana, Gaston Medico, Luis Pinto, Maritza Vasquez and Leandro Hattori…I’m extremely proud of what we did for/with our partners and customers in the past eight years. Thank you for everything. For me this was personal - I love you all ❤️ After 8 years breathing Customer Obsession, Ownership, Bias For Action, I leave Amazon, but the Amazonian in me stays. 🚀🚀🚀
