I have said this before but bringing back as it is top of mind as the viral video continue to consume all of our feeds. Don’t lie during the interview process. “Fake it to make it” gets you in the door and when you are in, you gotta do the work. Don’t be the person who has 6 short stints in 3 years. As time goes on, those are red flags that will prevent you from getting the next...sorry ANY role. Now if I knew any Coldplay songs, I would insert a quote here...but I don't so go pay it forward….and make good choices.
