Former Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan was sentenced Wednesday to a $5,000 fine with no prison time or probation, after her December 2025 felony obstruction conviction for helping a Mexican national in the country illegally evade ICE agents at her courthouse in April 2025. US District Judge Lynn Adelman cited her lack of prior misconduct and resignation from the bench in January in handing down the lenient sentence.
