One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned throughout my career is that accepting the status quo can sometimes be the most dangerous thing you do for your own growth. Comfort zones have a way of making you feel safe… right until you realize you’ve stopped evolving. That’s why it felt like the right time to close one chapter and challenge myself once again by joining Maman as Regional Director of Operations. What immediately stood out to me about this brand was how real every interaction felt. No corporate theater. No layers of disconnect. Just people genuinely passionate about hospitality and deeply connected to the day-to-day business regardless of title. The culture, pace, leadership style, and growth vision all felt naturally aligned with the kind of operator and person I want to be. This transition has also been a reminder of how important it is to challenge yourself and know your worth. Staying somewhere familiar can feel comfortable, even when deep down you know you’ve outgrown it. Growth usually starts the moment you stop settling for what’s familiar and start betting on yourself again. To anyone currently feeling stuck, undervalued, or afraid to make a change: trust yourself. Some of the best opportunities in life only appear once you’re willing to step outside of what feels safe. Grateful for everyone who supported me through this transition and genuinely excited for what’s ahead. #newjob #newstart #operations #valueyourself #growth #business #retail #florida #saltandstraw #maman
