Depois de 13 anos na Oceaneering, chegou a hora de começar um novo capítulo. Entrei na empresa como estagiário e sinceramente não fazia ideia de onde aquela jornada iria me levar. Ao longo desses anos, tive a oportunidade de crescer passando por operações, projetos, contratos internacionais, desafios, pressão, entregas e muito aprendizado. Mas acima de tudo, levo comigo a gratidão pelas pessoas que cruzaram meu caminho e por todos que confiaram em mim ao longo dessa trajetória. Não é fácil sair de um lugar onde fui genuinamente feliz. Mas às vezes crescer também significa aceitar o desconforto de novos desafios. E independente de para onde a vida me leve daqui pra frente, uma parte de mim sempre vai ser o “Marcelinho da Oceaneering”. Obrigado por tudo. — After 13 years at Oceaneering, the time has come for a new chapter. I joined the company as an intern and honestly had no idea where that journey would take me. Over the years, I had the opportunity to grow through operations, projects, international contracts, challenges, pressure, deliveries, and a lot of learning along the way. But above all, what I take with me is gratitude for the people I met during this journey and for everyone who trusted me throughout these years. Leaving a place where you were genuinely happy is never easy. But sometimes growth also means being willing to embrace new challenges. And no matter where life takes me next, a part of me will always be “Marcelinho from Oceaneering”. Thank you for everything.
