Over the past three months, I’ve been part of the Train Design Excellence Path, taking part in an intensive learning journey that included more than 70 trainings, hands-on exercises, tests, and site visits. It was a challenging experience, but also incredibly rewarding. What truly stood out to me was not only the technical knowledge gained, but the people behind it. Learning directly from experienced experts and connecting with colleagues from across the globe, from Italy and France to Mexico and Canada, made this journey truly exceptional.
