Eigentlich war ich nie jemand, der gerne auf grossen Bühnen steht... Und trotzdem habe ich mich entschieden, künftig sichtbarer zu werden. Nicht, weil ich gerne im Mittelpunkt stehe, sondern weil ich glaube, dass manche Dinge es wert sind, geteilt zu werden. Ich habe LinkedIn lange beobachtet. Viel gelesen, viel analysiert und oft darüber nachgedacht, wie man hier wirklich authentisch auftreten kann. Irgendwann wurde mir klar: Es geht nicht darum, sich selbst in Szene zu setzen. Es geht darum, Menschen einen ehrlichen Einblick zu geben. In unsere Werte. In unsere Philosophie. In unseren Teamgeist. Denn genau das macht IGP aus. Hinter jedem Projekt stecken Leidenschaft, Ideen, Herausforderungen und der gemeinsame Anspruch, etwas zu schaffen, auf das man stolz sein kann. Und das möchte ich künftig mehr zeigen. Nicht perfekt inszeniert oder geschniegelt, sondern so, wie wir wirklich sind: ehrlich, nahbar und authentisch. Ich freue mich sehr auf den Austausch hier – und darauf, ein Stück unseres Weges mit Ihnen zu teilen. *** To be honest, I’ve never really been the type to enjoy being on the big stage... And yet, I’ve decided to become more visible going forward. Not because I like being the center of attention, but because I believe some things are worth sharing. I’ve been observing LinkedIn for a long time. I’ve read a lot, analyzed a lot, and often thought about how to present myself authentically here. At some point, it became clear to me: It’s not about putting yourself in the spotlight. It’s about giving people an honest glimpse into our values. Into our philosophy. Into our team spirit. Because that’s exactly what makes IGP what it is. Behind every project lies passion, ideas, challenges, and a shared commitment to creating something we can be proud of. And that’s what I want to show more of in the future. Not perfectly staged or polished, but just as we really are: honest, approachable, and authentic.
