Group CEO, Keyrus

I don’t believe we ever stop learning. And I hope I never do. From October 2024 to May 2025, I had the privilege - and I choose that word deliberately - of participating in the Global CEO Program, jointly delivered by MIT Sloan Executive Education and IESE Business School. Three immersive weeks - in Boston, Singapore, and Madrid. Forty-five senior leaders from all over the world. All different - yet one shared intention. — To think with greater clarity. — To lead with greater depth. — To contribute with greater meaning. It was a transformative space. Powered by brilliant faculty, generous speakers and above all, a remarkable group of peers - each bringing their whole selves into the room. → It was about questioning how we think. → Expanding our perspective - together. → Strengthening the strategic and human skills needed to lead responsibly in today’s world - one marked by complexity, acceleration, and profound shifts. I leave with more than insight. I leave with a renewed sense of duty. ✓ To share what I’ve learned. ✓ To uplift those around me. ✓ To keep evolving - with humility, lucidity, and purpose. My deep gratitude to the teams at MIT and IESE. And to each person I met along the way. Your presence, your generosity, your perspective made all the difference. 🙏 Now comes the essential work. Turning insight into impact. For my teams. My organisation. And the world we’re here to serve Evgeny Kaganer, Dr.Phil Budden, Luis F. Casas, Laura Ziukaite-Hansen, Marc Sosna, Victoria Simonton
