👉 HOERBIGER sells reed valve business to Nimbus 👈 After months of intense preparation and negotiations, our client HOERBIGER has sold its reed valve business to Nimbus as part of a multi-jurisdictional carve-out transaction. The agreement was signed on November 11, 2025. The completion of the transaction is subject to merger clearance. It was a pleasure for me and my fellow M&A partner Dr. Ulrich Jork to lead the negotiations on the transaction documents on behalf of HOERBIGER and to closely cooperate therein with the outstanding inhouse team of HOERBIGER Dr. Michael Stelzel and Michael Kullmann.
