Reverse triangular merger - WTH?????? Less technical, and more to the point: This night, we signed the agreement for LumApps and Beekeeper to join forces, creating the leading Employee Experience Platform. This is THE platform for the future of work. I am very proud to have been working alongside the founders Cristian G. Flavio Pfaffhauser Andreas S. and Daniel Sztutwojner from the very start, as the very first investor and supporter. More recently, I have been supporting in a formal capacity, as board chairman, working with board directors Ariel Luedi Robert Verwaayen Juan Muldoon Craig Bumpus Cristian and Hervé Liboureau - an amazing board, who truly lives up to "Making Boards Work". It has been a privilege to work with the fantastic senior management team Herbert Sablotny Kevin McKeown Kees de Vos Nancy Louisnord, MBA and Louise Willoughby. And with so many other Bees! I look forward to working with LumApps, in particular Sébastien Ricard Elie Mélois and Alban WYNIECKI, as well as with Bridgepoint Group, especially David Nicault and Nadia CID - I have been very impressed by all of them in the dance leading up to this merger. Focused, business-savvy, honest, grounded and collaborative, it has been a real pleasure so far! And this is only the beginning, onwards and upwards towards a bright, exciting future!
