Something I genuinely appreciate about how M&M approaches system selection: nobody on our team is incentivized to push one product over another. The recommendation that comes out of an M&M evaluation is based on what the building needs. If that's a new TPO system, we'll spec the right TPO. If it's PVC because there's a restaurant tenant, that's what we recommend. If the Modified Bitumen system on the building is performing well and repair makes more sense than replacement, that's the honest conversation we have.
