MAPAL Annual Press Conference: discussing the future of machining More than 20 trade and regional journalists gathered at the MAPAL headquarter in Germany for this year's annual press conference. Dr Jochen Kress presented the 2025 business results and shared an outlook for the current year. Dirk Sellmer and Thomas Teuber provided insights into this year‘s innovations which were see also presented in the R&D Centre with live machining and exhibits. Michael Kucher spoke about solution and process benchmarks from strategic market segments. Stephan Köstler gave insights on MAPAL‘s approach to "Driving Customer Manufacturing Performance". Together with Dr Markus Friedrich from E. ZOLLER GmbH & Co. KG, Markus Deininger demonstrated how AI-optimised cutting parameters can unlock greater value from manufacturing data. The discussions with the attending journalists provided valuable insights and once again highlighted the importance of open dialogue about the future of manufacturing.
