📢 We ran two campus sessions in Madrid and Barcelona last week, both focused on how AI and data are reshaping the candidate journey and future careers. 📍 #Madrid | EAE Business School × Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu Chiara Salvaneschi and Maria Gomez led a session on Career development in Consultancy. Students explored consulting roles and career opportunities at Amaris Consulting, the key skills they need to develop, and how to make the most of their university years to start building their careers. The session was rated 10/10 by the students for relevance and quality. 📍 #Barcelona | ESEI International Business School Barcelona School × Mantu Claudia Pergola and Jacques Reynaud led a Campus Strategy business case with Master’s students in HR Digital Transformation. The challenge: design data-driven and AI-powered approaches to improve campus collaboration and the candidate journey. Students also explored the design of an AI agent to support recruitment and candidate experience.
